LUMINES WIDE frozen PMMA LED profile cover 1 m

Name: LUMINES WIDE frozen PMMA LED profile cover 1 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES WIDE 11-2032-10 is a frozen PMMA cover for an aluminium LED profile, sold as its own 1 m piece. On the LUMINES Lighting covers page this code sits under WIDE, frozen PMMA, 1 m. It is not the milky, transparent or milky-frosted WIDE cover. The carton does not include a profile, an LED strip, a driver or end caps. It closes the channel of the profile it is matched to. Six architectural profiles In the LUMINES_cover datasheet the WIDE column lists the architectural profiles SOLIS, INSO, ILEDO, CLARO, DULIO and FOLDO. The furniture-profile cell in that column is empty. This shape does not stand in for a BASIC cover used with furniture systems such as A, B or C. Compatibility belongs to the cover cross-section, not to the brand name. WIDE has no other shape. Before ordering, match the profile marking to this list rather than matching length alone. 73 percent in the WIDE column The Lumines photometry laboratory states 73 percent transmittance for frozen PMMA in the WIDE shape, with a result tolerance of ±5%. In the same column, transparent PMMA is 92 percent and milky PMMA is 39 percent. A frozen length therefore passes a larger share of the strip output than a milky WIDE cover and a smaller share than a clear WIDE cover. Milky frosted PMMA is a different finish: 80 percent in the WIDE column, and different catalogue numbers. Black WIDE PMMA is listed at 22 percent. The figure follows the finish, not the word WIDE. PMMA, section and the 1 m piece The sheet rates PMMA for an operating temperature from -20°C to +70°C. Polycarbonate on the same sheet runs from -50°C to +100°C. That temperature range is not an IP rating and does not authorise outdoor installation. The sheet does not give those facts for this cover. The section photograph shows a flat crown and two side retaining legs, which are the parts that engage the profile. The sheet does not describe site cutting or how lengths are joined. This code is the commercial 1 m length, 1000 mm. Longer frozen PMMA WIDE pieces are other articles: 2 m is 11-2032-20 and 3 m is 11-2032-30. For a longer run, use the code on the sheet rather than a rounded length name.Pokaż więcej
