TSKgel Sugar AXG and Sugar AXI columns are specialty columns for the analysis of mono- and disaccharides, as well as sugar alcohols. Both columns are packed with porous spherical PS-DVB polymer beads which are surface modified with a strong anion exchange group. The TSKgel Sugar AXG column contains 10 μm particles for the gradient separation and analysis of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and sugar alcohols, whereas the TSKgel Sugar AXI column is packed with 8 μm particles for the isocratic separation of carbohydrates where lower and constant back pressures may be generated.Pokaż więcej
