Fit all bottles and canisters with GLS80 thread Prevent evaporation of volatile compounds 3 ports with 1/4-28 thread for 1/8" or 1/16" tubing Fourth port with choice of threads GLS80 caps seal the bottle/cansiter with an O-ring behind a PTFE lip, so the O-ring is therefore not a wetted part. Three ports are for 1/8" or 1/16" OD tubing, while the fourth port is available with a choice of threads, either for 1/4" OD tubing fittings or for a barbed adapter. Unused ports should be closed with plugs. A bottom-sealing barbed adapter to connect 4, 6, or 8 mm ID tubing can be ordered separately.
