Bollard Light NORLYS Alta 1450GA hot-dip galvanised with painted wood E27 49 cm

Name: Bollard Light NORLYS Alta 1450GA hot-dip galvanised with painted wood E27 49 cm
Brand: NORLYS

Alta 1450GA is a cylindrical bollard light, 15 cm in diameter and 49 cm tall. The shaft is painted Scandinavian pine in a red-brown tone, and the head and foot are unpainted hot-dip galvanised steel. The head is made of five steel louvre rings with an opal PMMA diffuser beneath them. At the same height Norlys also makes the Alta 1453, where the wood is impregnated rather than painted.Which bulb and what kind of lightThe fitting has an E27 socket and takes an LED lamp in an A55–A60 bulb of up to 9 W. No bulb is included; the user changes it. The bollard can also be ordered with a Philips Master LEDbulb 806 lm / 8.5 W / 2700 K lamp — the brightness of an old 60 W bulb in warm, slightly yellow light — and that lamp dims if a suitable dimmer is installed. The louvres shield the diffuser from above, and the light spreads evenly around the bollard and downwards. ULOR is 11 %, and the BUG rating B0-U1-G0 means little light into the sky and low glare for passers-by.Height, mounting and wiringAt 49 cm the bollard shines at knee height, mainly onto the surface next to it, without rising above low planting; compare it with the bed edge or steps nearby. The fitting weighs 4.6 kg, and 5.6 kg in its 21 × 21.5 × 57 cm box.The base is bolted down through three ø9 mm holes set 120° apart on a ø65 mm circle. The fixing parts are sold separately: ground anchor 206GA0010, concreting anchor 205ZX0010, concrete-foundation adapter 206GA0S10 or mounting adapter 3080GA0009 or 3086GA0009. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², or 3 × 1.5 mm² when looping, and the gland a round cable up to 12.5 mm, so several bollards along a path share one cable run. Protection class II means no protective earth conductor is needed.Durability and where it fitsIP65 means a dust-tight housing protected against water jets, so the bollard stands outdoors without cover, and IK08 means resistance to impacts of up to 5 J. The operating range is −20 to +45 °C. Norlys intends the Alta for private grounds and public areas: garden, terrace, driveway, street and the surroundings of hotels and restaurants. Pine paired with bare galvanised steel is a Scandinavian look.Mostrar mais
