Partisil SCX is a strong cation exchange phase based on benzenesulphonic acid groups and is stable over the pH range 1,5 to 7,0. At intermediate pH, use of a Solvecon eluent conditioning column is recommended to further enhance column lifetime. Suitable for use with nucleosides, amino acids, polyamines, drugs and other cationic species.
