Endon Finsbury 73598 five-light polished aluminium chandelier, 70 cm

Name: Endon Finsbury 73598 five-light polished aluminium chandelier, 70 cm
Brand: Endon

Endon Finsbury 73598 is a five-arm chandelier made from aluminium alloy with a polished, silvery finish. Curved arms, a shaped central stem and candle-style lampholders give it a classical outline without glass shades covering the bulbs. The specified finish is polished aluminium, not chrome plating.Allowing for the arm span and dropThe chandelier measures 70 cm across, with an overall drop adjustable during installation from 80 to 228 cm. Compare that diameter with the width of your table, and check the distance from the ceiling to the tabletop before choosing a drop. Plan around the whole circle of arms rather than just the central stem. The instructions describe removing surplus chain links and adjusting the cable to set the hanging length. This is an installation adjustment, not a daily raise-and-lower mechanism. The classical form can suit a living room, dining room or bedroom where ceiling height leaves the necessary space below the fitting.Five separately selected candle bulbsFinsbury requires five E14 candle bulbs, each rated at no more than 60 W. Bulbs are not supplied. Compatible LED lamps are permitted by the manufacturer, so brightness and light colour depend on the sources you choose rather than a built-in light module. The exposed bulbs also remain part of the chandelier's appearance. The fitting is dimmable; when using LEDs, check that the selected lamps and dimmer work together. Optional shades must be candle-clip types that attach to the bulbs, and are sold separately. The manufacturer photograph showing shades does not represent the standard contents.Supporting and caring for the fittingThis Class I ceiling fitting requires an earth connection. Its net weight is 6.54 kg, so the supporting structure and fixings must safely carry that load. The manual recommends using an assistant during installation and states that supplied fixings are suitable only for a wooden joist. It is not suitable for a bathroom location.Use a dry cloth only, without liquid or abrasive cleaners. Allow ten minutes for cooling before cleaning or changing bulbs. Take care not to scratch the polished finish when shortening the chain.Mostrar mais
