single packed Polystyrene or PET roller bottles are available with growth areas from 850 cm² to 4250 cm² and with standard or filter screw caps. The standard screw cap enables tight closure and contamination-free cultivation. The filter screw cap has a filter membrane with a pore size of 0.2 μm and therefore offers excellent protection against contamination. Due to the high air throughput of the membrane, an excellent gas exchange can be guaranteed at the same time, which enables the mass cultivation of adherent cells, e.g. with a bicarbonate buffer under CO2 supply. The product range includes a short and a long form, which are marked with X and XL respectively. Both sizes are available with a smooth or corrugated surface. The rib design increases the growing area of the roller bottle while maintaining the same footprint. Roller bottles are sterilized according to validated procedures (ISO 11137). The tolerance limit for endotoxin testing according to USP 85 is 0.03 EU/ml.Mostrar mais
