Plates manufactured in Topas (COC - Cyclic Olefi n Copolymers) have excellent clarity and heat/chemical resistance. Th e plates can be autoclaved and sterilized, are heat resistant to 150º C, and are UV transparent down to 300nm. Should not be used when centrifuging. Standard 8x12 (96-well) footprint with an alphanumeric grid allows use with most instruments. Plate can be fi xed height or adjusted to height limitation of analytical instrument. Base Plate has an open bottom to allow uniform transfer of heat or cold to vials. Secure fi t of the vials in the base plate permit use with shaker and vortex mixers during sample preparations.Mostrar mais
