POINTS is a linear luminaire for the Maytoni Radity magnetic track systems. The white aluminium body measures 33 cm long and 2.5 cm wide, closed underneath by a black grille holding eighteen recessed LED lenses. Which system it works with It is a part of the 48 V Radity magnetic system, not a fitting for ordinary 230 V wiring. Running it needs a Radity track together with its own power supply — both bought separately — and the luminaire itself has no way of connecting to a socket or a junction box. The low voltage means protection class III: the circuit feeding the luminaire is not dangerous to touch. The luminaire cannot be dimmed. What light it gives The LED module draws 16 W and delivers 1850 lumens — more than twice a former 60 W incandescent bulb, but concentrated into a 36° beam. That angle draws a distinct circle of light on a wall or a worktop, which is why the luminaire is used to pick out particular spots rather than to light a whole room evenly. The 4000 K colour is neutral white, with neither a yellow nor a blue cast. A colour rendering index of Ra 90 means colours under this light look close to how they look by day — which matters over a work surface, on displayed goods and on pictures. The eighteen lenses sit deep in the black grille, so the diodes themselves stay out of sight when you look at the fitting from the side. Dimensions and build The body measures 330 × 25 × 28 mm and weighs 0.22 kg — a slim bar taking up a third of a metre of track. It is made of aluminium, which carries heat away from the module, and the white finish matches the white version of the track. The light source is integrated and cannot be replaced; the manufacturer rates it at 50,000 hours. An IP20 rating limits mounting to dry interiors.Mostrar mais
