Samara large table lamp - 2 light sources - Plum Quintiesse

Name: Samara large table lamp - 2 light sources - Plum Quintiesse
Brand: Quintiesse

The large plum Samara table lamp by Quintiesse combines textured blown glass with polished nickel metalwork and a silver faux-silk shade. Its glass body has a light source of its own, separate from the lamp beneath the shade. That distinction matters when choosing bulbs: lighting the base does not replace the upper light source. What is included, and which bulb to chooseThe upper E27 socket accepts a bulb rated at a maximum of 60 W; this bulb must be purchased separately. A replaceable 7 W GU10 LED bulb is supplied for the glass base. Its specified output is 620 lm at 3000 K. These figures describe the included base bulb, not the combined output of the table lamp. The brightness and light characteristics beneath the shade will depend on your chosen E27 bulb.A four-position rotary switch on the metal cap above the glass controls the independent light sources. You can use the illuminated body on its own or combine it with the upper light. The manufacturer's photographs show how switching on the base light brings out the uneven texture of the plum glass.Allow room for the shade, not just the baseSamara is 787 mm tall, with a shade measuring 510 mm across at its widest point. The glass base is 350 mm wide, so its width alone is not the space needed for the whole lamp. Compare both measurements with a living-room sideboard, hallway console or side table before choosing a position. For a bedroom bedside table, also check the lamp's height against the bed and the available clearance around the shade.Fabric above coloured glassThe tapered shade is 295 mm high and measures 435 mm across the top. Its silver faux silk has a white lining. The traditional shade silhouette, reflective metal and decorative glass suit classic, modern-classic and glamour interiors. This is an indoor lamp powered through a plug-in transparent cable, and its height is not adjustable.Mostrar mais
