NORLYS Sandvik Down 1742WH white LED outdoor wall light 8 W 3000 K

Name: NORLYS Sandvik Down 1742WH white LED outdoor wall light 8 W 3000 K
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Sandvik Down 1742WH is a white outdoor wall light with a single downward-facing light outlet. Its powder-coated aluminium body is finished in RAL 9003, with clear safety glass closing the underside. The plain rectangular front and defined edges give it a restrained geometric appearance that suits modern and modernist façades without adding decorative detailing.A downward beam rather than an up-and-down effectThe integrated LED module uses 8 W and provides a warm-white colour temperature of 3000 K. Output from the complete luminaire is 563 lm, distinct from the 756 lm rating of the light source itself. A 36° beam directs light into a defined area below the fitting rather than spreading it evenly across the entire surroundings. This Down version does not also project an upward beam.Consider that distribution when positioning lights on a terrace wall, balcony or beside an entrance. The location and spacing should follow the area that needs illumination, rather than the dimensions of the front panel alone. Norlys specifies use in private grounds and public spaces, making exterior areas of hotels and restaurants relevant applications alongside residential façades.Check the projection before installationThe fitting measures 13.5 cm high and 8 cm wide, with an overall depth of 11 cm including the wall-side section. Compare that projection with the available space before choosing a mounting position. Installation uses two fixing holes spaced 37 × 80 mm apart. The optional 131XX0009 corner bracket is sold separately and should not be assumed to be included with the light.Phase dimming and service accessSandvik operates on 220–240 V and has IP65 protection and electrical protection class I. It supports TE and LE phase-cut dimming; select the control arrangement to match those requirements. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The integrated LED source means there is no separate bulb to buy, but replacement is a service operation reserved for the manufacturer, its service agent or an equivalently qualified person.Mostrar mais
