ProAqa affinity columns are high-flow and high-pressure columns designed for operation on HPLC and FPLC systems. The average 20 μm packing carrier consists of porous poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) beads with a hydrophilic coating grafted to the surface. Recombinant protein A, which binds Fc-containing immunoglobulin proteins except IgG3, is attached to the top of the coating via chemical binding.
