RELAX 7935 is a cordless table lamp for the garden and terrace, 35 cm tall, with a round base 13 cm across and a pleated shade 13.9 cm across. The body is aluminium and iron in a rust-brown corten finish (RAL 8028). The shade is closed on top, so light leaves only downwards, through an opal diffuser under its rim. How long it runs on one charge The lamp works from a built-in 3.7 V battery of 4000 mAh. There is no mains cable and no plug, so it needs no socket nearby. The manufacturer states 5 to 12 hours of light per full charge; the spread depends on the brightness you set, since dimming lowers the draw. Charging goes through the USB-C socket in the base at 5 V / 1 A and takes 4 to 6 hours. A 1.2 m USB-C cable and a USB mains adapter are included. A silicone plug covers the socket and must be closed after charging to keep the lamp sealed. The manual rules out fast chargers supplying 7, 9 or 12 V. The light it gives and how it is controlled The 2 W LED module produces 180 lumens at 3000 K, a warm white. That is an ambient level, roughly a quarter of what an old 60 W bulb gave, so it lights the table top it stands on, not the whole terrace. A colour rendering index of Ra 90 means food and fabrics look under it almost as they do in daylight. The control is a touch area on the shade: a short touch switches it on and off, a long touch dims it steplessly. An indicator under the shade flashes red while charging and turns green when the battery is full. The LED module cannot be replaced; it is rated for 30,000 burning hours, 30,000 switching cycles and five years of warranty. Where to put it and what comes in the box IP54 means resistance to dust and to splashing water from any direction; protection class III means safety extra-low voltage, with no contact with the 230 V mains. The lamp weighs 0.9 kg and occupies a 13 cm circle on the table. The box holds the shade, stem, base, cable and adapter — one of each; assembly means screwing the shade onto the stem and the stem into the base, with no tools.
