A recessed luminaire with a solar cell gives light anywhere in the garden, and without bringing electrical wiring from the building. Recessed luminaires are powered solely by batteries charged by solar cells. Rechargeable batteries are replaceable and draw electricity from sunlight during the day, powering LEDs after dark.
