Three markings in one set This is not a luminaire but a set of interchangeable markings for the P-LIGHT emergency light. The box contains three elements with additional direction indicators: left, right and down. The point of such a set is practical. The same luminaire may hang above a door, at a corridor junction or over a flight of stairs – and each time the arrow has to point somewhere else. Instead of ordering a separate version of the fitting for every situation, you buy one fitting and choose the pictogram on site, once the escape route has been settled. Why direction matters most here An escape marking without the right arrow is worse than none at all: it sends people towards where there is no exit.
