S058-24 is a 3-phase track spotlight from the Greek brand Zambelis Lights – a matt white aluminium cylinder 6 cm across and 13 cm long, rotating and tilting once it is clipped into the track. What a three-circuit track buys you A 3-phase adapter has nothing to do with industrial power – it means the track carries three independent circuits. Spotlights clipped into the same run can therefore be assigned to different circuits and switched separately: one group over the counter, another over the display, a third left off. That is not something you can reproduce with ordinary ceiling points without pulling a separate cable to each one. A narrow 24° and CRI 90 A 24° beam is aimed light, not general illumination. From 3 m it lays down a pool roughly 1.3 m across – the size of a picture, a shelf or a worktop. It comes with CRI 90, clearly above the 80 that is usual in retail lighting: reds, timber and skin tones are rendered without distortion. The maker also states SDCM < 2, meaning the colour spread between individual units stays below the threshold the eye can pick out – on a run of a dozen spots that is immediately visible, because none of them reads as the odd one out. Aiming the light The head rotates on its axis and tilts vertically, so once mounted the spot is re-aimed without undoing anything. After a change of layout it simply slides along the track and points somewhere new. Electrical data and service life The 9 W LED module delivers 1,000 lm at 3000 K (warm white). The driver is built in, module supply is 250 mA at 36.5 V DC, and the track side runs on 220–240 V mains. The fitting is not dimmable.
