A non-porous, low density cation exchanger for the analysis of charge variants of monoclonal antibodies (MAb). For comprehensive characterization of MAb, identification and monitoring of acidic and basic isoforms are essential. The BioMAb HPLC columns contain a unique resin specifically designed for high-resolution, charge-based separations of monoclonal antibodies. Available in 1.7 µm, 3 µm, 5 µm and 10 µm sizes, they offer improved resolution due to smaller particle sizes. This particular version of the BioMAb column is 50 mm long, inside 4.6 mm wide and has 3.0 µm large particles.
