Poroshell 120 PFP UHPLC guard column with inner diameter 4.6 mm, length 5 mm and particle size 4.0 µm. 3 pieces per pack. Poroshell 120 PFP columns offer alternative selectivities and superior peak shapes for polar and non-polar analytes and are ideal for aromatic and halogenated compounds for improved chromatography. PFP is a pentafluorophenyl ligand that provides an orthogonal separation mechanism with C18 chemistries. PFP phases can separate analytes based on small differences in structure, substitution, and steric access to polar moieties.
