Chiral column with coated polysaccharide selectors. This Chiralpak column has an inner diameter of 2.1 mm, a length of 250 mm and a particle size of 3.0 µm. Please note that this product cannot be returned. Daicel's conventional polysaccharide-based phases are produced by physically coating the polysaccharide derivatives onto silica matrices. Due to this manufacturing process, the use of a number of solvents is limited. Some strong solvents such as tetrahydrofuran, dichloromethane and chloroform promote the solubility of the compounds but can damage the coated phases.
