Sigma Artis 3 40527 black three-light pendantArtis 3 treats three light points as a three-dimensional composition rather than placing them along one bar. Slim arms extend from a central vertical stem at different heights and in different directions. Each finishes with a shallow, downward-open dome. The staggered arrangement gives the fitting a changing outline as it is viewed from around the room, while leaving plenty of open space between its parts. Black painted steel unifies the stem, arms and shades, and their pale interiors clearly define the three places where light emerges.The fitting measures 75 cm wide by 75 cm deep. Those balanced dimensions work particularly well above a round or square dining table, a kitchen island, or at the centre of a seating zone where the pendant can be seen from several sides. Each open shade directs light downwards, but the branching layout distributes the sources across three separate areas. It therefore covers a useful surface without relying on one large diffuser. Maximum height is 80 cm, and the adjustable suspension allows the final drop to be set during installation in relation to the ceiling, furniture and sight lines.Three replaceable E14 bulbsVariant SL/40527 has three E14 lampholders. Bulbs are not included, leaving the user to select colour temperature, output and a bulb shape that fits comfortably inside the shallow metal shades. Sigma specifies a maximum of 40 W for each individual source. Choosing three matching bulbs will keep both the brightness and colour consistent across the composition.
