The pressure filtration unit with 200 ml infusion room for 47 mm membrane filter is widely used in the laboratory because of its practical handling. For filtration of volumes up to 200 ml, it can be connected directly to a pressure source. Alternatively, the device can be used for volumes up to 5 liters, even in combination with a pressure vessel. The large filling opening in the upper part of the device allows easy filling of the liquid to be filtered. With the help of the screw-in steel rod, the device can be attached to a tripod. The PTFE-coated filter support allows easy autoclaving with inserted membrane filter.
