Die Soleris® Staphylococcus spp.-Röhrchen dienen als Screeningmethode für den Nachweis von Staphylococcus-Mikroorganismen. Das Staphylococcus-Röhrchen (pH-Wert: 7,0 bis 7,4) enthält Anilinblau als Farbstoffindikator. Wenn Staphylococcus spp., insbesondere S. aureus, in der Testprobe vorhanden ist, wird Mannit in der Bouillon zu Säure fermentiert, wodurch ein Farbumschlag von hellblau zu dunkelblau stattfindet.Mehr anzeigen
