HILO is a round recessed downlight from the Polish brand ZAHO Lighting. In this configuration the integrated 8 W LED gives 900 lumens in a very warm 2700 K, through 60° optics. The product code describes the configuration ZAHO builds the catalogue number from the chosen options: base R0020 (HILO low power), then electronics, colour temperature, finish and optics. In the code R0020O.2705.60 the readable parts are .27 = 2700 K, .60 = 60° optics and ON/OFF control. That means this unit is not dimmable — the DALI and CASAMBI versions carry a D or C in that position and have to be ordered separately. 900 lumens from eight watts That is over 110 lm/W — the efficiency of a good technical fitting. In practice one HILO gives about as much light as an old 75 W incandescent, at a tenth of the draw. The 60° optic is the general-purpose angle: from a 2.7 m ceiling it draws a pool roughly 2.7 m across, so a grid of these lights a room evenly. For accenting single objects ZAHO offers a 36° variant. 2700 K — warmer than standard Most recessed downlights are sold in 3000 K or 4000 K. This configuration is 2700 K, the colour of an old incandescent bulb — noticeably warmer, more domestic, and a good match for wood and warm fabrics. In hotels and restaurants it is the most commonly chosen colour. The HILO family also covers 3000 K and 4000 K, so the same fitting can be matched to a cooler interior. Build and family The fitting weighs 0.8 kg and ships in a 190 × 190 × 140 mm box. The manufacturer offers four finishes — white, black, gold and grey — and a higher-output sibling, HILO high power. For every configuration ZAHO publishes a product card, a technical drawing, photometric data and a 3D model, which makes it possible to plan the lighting before buying.
