Audio Technica ATH-R50X Open Back Studio Reference Headphones

Name: Audio Technica ATH-R50X Open Back Studio Reference Headphones
Brand: Audio Technica

An open-back reference headphone built for mixing and critical listening rather than for the street. The open earcup gives the wider, less pressurised stage that open designs are chosen for, at the cost of isolation – which makes this a studio and edit-suite headphone, not a tracking or broadcast one.45 mmDriversOpen-backTypeDetachableCableOpen-back – not for trackingOpen-back headphones leak audibly and offer almost no isolation. They are the right choice for mixing and reference listening, and the wrong choice for tracking in the same room as a microphone or for broadcast on a live floor.FeaturesOpen-back design for a wide, natural stage45 mm driversReference tuning for mixing and critical listeningDetachable cableReplaceable earpadsLightweight for long sessionsSpecificationsTypeOpen-back dynamicDrivers45 mmWearing styleCircumaural (over-ear)CableDetachablePart numberATH-R50XShow more
