About HyPURITY Advance Columns Thermo Scientific™ HyPURITY ADVANCE™ HPLC columns combine the outstanding performance of HyPURITY 190Å silica with C-reversed phase chemistry. They are ideal for fast, high-throughput analysis. This special packing with polar embedded character has exceptionally low bleed and is therefore suitable for LC/MS applications. The polar group protects the surface silanols from interactions with polar analytes and provides alternative selectivity with excellent performance for compounds with poor peak shape with conventional alkyl bonded phases such as C18.
