Elm by Nordlux is a slim 80 cm garden bollard that lights a path, a driveway edge or the border of a terrace while drawing a clean vertical line through the planting. The Danish maker pairs a simple geometric body with a warm glow diffused through clear glass. Form and materials The body is built from aluminium and plastic in a black finish. The clear diffuser sends light sideways and downwards, so the fitting washes the surface underfoot without glaring at anyone walking past. On a 13 × 13 cm footprint the post stays discreet even in a small garden. Light source and control The fitting takes an E27 bulb of up to 20 W, chosen to suit you — no bulb is supplied. Fit a dimmable bulb and the output can be adjusted. A built-in parallel connection lets several Elm posts run from one supply line.
