Delison medium outdoor wall lantern - 1xE27 - rubbed bronze Elstead

Name: Delison medium outdoor wall lantern - 1xE27 - rubbed bronze Elstead
Brand: Elstead Lighting

Delison is an outdoor wall lantern from the American brand Kichler, distributed in Europe by Elstead Lighting. A plain aluminium frame with trapezoid sides holds four clear glass panes, and the whole lantern is finished in Rubbed Bronze — a dark chocolate tone with copper showing through along the edges. The maker designed it with minimalist arts-and-crafts décor in mind, for rustic exteriors. Size and wall mounting This is the medium size in the series: 35.7 cm high, 20.3 cm wide and projecting 25.4 cm from the wall. Compare those figures with the free space between a door frame and a window or downpipe — the lantern stands a quarter of a metre off the wall. The back plate measures 14 × 21 cm, narrower and shorter than the lantern itself. The fitting weighs 2.65 kg. The Delison series also has a smaller version of this lantern in the same finish. The manufacturer rates it for exterior use. IP44 means protection against water splashing from any direction and against solid objects larger than 1 mm. The lantern is protection class I, so it needs a protective earth conductor on the 220–240 V supply. Bulb and light The fitting has one E27 lampholder for a bulb of up to 60 W. No bulb is included. The panes are fully clear, so the bulb stays on show and sets the look of the lantern after dark — the manufacturer recommends, as a separately sold accessory, a clear A60-shaped E27 LED lamp, 8 W at 3000 K, which is warm white. The lantern is compatible with dimmable lamps: if the circuit has a dimmer, choose a bulb marked as dimmable.Meer tonen
