Gea Luce GES491 garden bollard light, graphite grey, 80 cm, GX53, IP54

Name: Gea Luce GES491 garden bollard light, graphite grey, 80 cm, GX53, IP54
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GES491 is an 80 cm garden bollard with a graphite grey aluminium body and an opal polycarbonate diffuser. Its rounded triangular cross-section and vertical openings around the upper light chamber distinguish it from posts with a completely enclosed shade.Planning around its height and footprintThe bollard measures 12.5 cm in both width and depth. This narrow standing format can be considered when laying out lighting beside a garden path, along a terrace edge or beside a driveway. Compare its height with nearby planting before choosing a position, and keep the mounting point outside the walking route. It is not a tall lighting column for illuminating an entire street. The dark finish, simple outline and absence of ornament suit modern and minimalist exterior layouts. The pale diffuser contrasts with the body, while the open light chamber is concentrated at the top rather than extending down the full post. Check whether plants or other objects would obstruct that part of the fitting.Choose a separate GX53 bulbThe fitting takes one GX53 bulb rated at no more than 11 W. A bulb is not included, so the purchase also involves selecting a suitable light colour and luminous flux, as well as the correct base. The fitting's maximum wattage is a compatibility limit, not a statement of the brightness of the bulb you choose.A replaceable lamp separates the choice of housing from the choice of light. There is no fixed colour temperature from an integrated module here: the result depends on the installed bulb and the arrangement of the bollards.Outdoor installation and careThe manufacturer specifies outdoor installation, a 220–240 V AC supply and IP54 protection. The instructions show a base plate fixed to the mounting surface and a protective earth connection consistent with Class I. Assembly and electrical connection must be carried out by qualified personnel with the mains supply switched off.For cleaning, the manufacturer recommends a damp cloth with mild detergent in lukewarm water, followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Cables and electrical components must not be exposed to water or detergent.Pokaż więcej
