SIRKEL 45 is a black steel circle 45 cm across, filled with a fan of spokes converging at the centre — the construction reads like a bicycle wheel. A single E27 lampholder sits at the point where they meet. The whole thing stands 14 cm clear of its surface and weighs 800 grams.Wall light or ceiling light — the same fittingThis model mounts on a wall and on a ceiling alike; these are not two variants but one fitting with two ways of fixing it. On a wall it behaves as graphics — the circle reads as a drawing against the plaster. On a ceiling the spokes throw radial shadows that run outward from the centre.The bulb is half the designThe holder carries no shade at all — the bulb is completely exposed and is the only bright point in the middle of a dark structure. None is supplied, which means its appearance has to be chosen deliberately. What suits this shape is a decorative lamp with a visible filament — the larger the envelope and the more pronounced the filament, the stronger the contrast between a small centre and a wide circle. Production takes place in Poland. IP20 protection confines it to dry interiors.
