NORLYS Modena Big 384BL bollard light, black RAL 9005, E27, 73.5 cm

Name: NORLYS Modena Big 384BL bollard light, black RAL 9005, E27, 73.5 cm
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Modena Big 384BL is a bollard light shaped like a classic lantern: a hexagonal head with a pointed roof and finial, set on a slender stem with a square base. The body is cast aluminium, powder-coated black (RAL 9005), and the panes are clear UV-stabilised polycarbonate. How big it is and where it goes The bollard stands 73.5 cm tall and 32 cm wide at the base, so it lights a path, steps or the edge of a terrace from a low height. The manufacturer provides for mounting on the ground, a low wall, a platform or another structure: the base is bolted down through two ø5.5 mm holes 90 mm apart. For setting it into soil there is concrete-in anchor art. 307, ordered separately. IP54 means protection against dust and water splashed from any direction, so the bollard can stand outdoors without cover – in the garden, by the terrace or along the approach from the street. Which light source to choose The fitting has an E27 socket and takes an LED lamp of up to 11 W. No light source is included, so you choose the colour and brightness yourself, and changing it needs no service call. The clear head spreads light evenly all round and does not hide the lamp, so its shape stays visible – worth bearing in mind when choosing one. Wiring and spare parts The terminals take conductors up to 2 x 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on (up to 2 x 1.5 mm²) to the next fitting, so several bollards along a path can run from one circuit. The supply cable may be 7 to 10.5 mm in diameter, sealed by an EPDM gland. The bollard is protection class II and needs no earth conductor. If the head is damaged, the manufacturer offers it as a service kit (06380004), so the whole fitting does not have to be replaced.Mostrar mais
