Germination Testing Papers Recommended for reliable seed testing. All papers comply with the ISTA recommendations from 2017. All germination test papers are made from high-purity pulp and are free of spores, bacteria and any toxic substances that could influence the germination of the seeds. The highly absorbent papers store enough water for the entire duration of the test. Because of their low density, they have a high absorbency, but the roots do not grow through the paper. The conductivity of the papers is below 40 mS/m and the pH value of the papers is between 6.0 and 7.5 . All germination test papers meet the requirements of ISTA and AOSA.
