DNAPac RP HPLC column with 21.2 mm inner diameter, 10 mm length and 4.0 µm particle size. About DNAPac RP Columns Achieve superior reversed-phase oligonucleotide separations with Thermo Scientific™ DNAPac™ RP HPLC columns. The unique chemistry is designed for the analysis of oligonucleotides and double-stranded (ds) DNA/RNA fragments using LC-UV or LC-MS. The column chemistry offers excellent performance over a wide range of pH, temperatures and mobile phase compositions. In addition, the large pores of the resin ensure the clean separation of large double-stranded nucleic acids up to 10,000 base pairs. The DNAPac RP column is based on spherical large pore 4 µm polymer resin. The phase is stable at extreme pH values (0 to 14) and temperatures (5 to 110 °C) and works with mobile phases compatible with direct mass spectrometry.
