DNAPac RP HPLC column with 21.2 mm inner diameter, 10 mm length and 4.0 µm particle size. In addition, the large pores of the resin ensure the clean separation of large double-stranded nucleic acids up to 10,000 base pairs. The DNAPac RP column is based on spherical large pore 4 µm polymer resin. The phase is stable at extreme pH values (0 to 14) and temperatures (5 to 110 °C) and works with mobile phases compatible with direct mass spectrometry.
